I’m Matteo, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Hamilton, Ontario. I work with clients who may be struggling to understand their feelings and express them; In fact, I most often work with clients who never thought they'd seek out therapy, because they grew up thinking they couldn't (or shouldn't) talk about their feelings, let alone pay someone to do it week after week!
